Major Services

Major Vehicle Services

Major Services are limited to just normal vehicle services but include a full check over. If any vehicle defects are found, the customer will be notified and quoted.

A guideline on Major Services can range from 10000 - 40000 KM, however, when you sense that the car is not the way it was, it might be time for a major service.

Major services do not mean you have to do everything on the checklist. We will inspect and give free advice on what types of services are needed. Defects will be visible; however, we can do a complete vehicle diagnostic with our OBD Scanners to pinpoint any possible issues or faults.

We offer repairs and replacement on the following:

Our Workshops Team Members will take care of your vehicles. We specialise in various vehicle brands, and our main expertise is Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes, and BMW.

  • Water Leaks or any other defects on your vehicle.

We offer complete engine rebuilds.

Brake pads, discs, and rear drums wear out over time, and if you feel a shudder or vibration while braking, it is time to replace your brake discs. New brake discs will have a smooth braking experience. Buying quality brake pads which are softer or harder can increase your brake disc lifespan.

In the event that you have a solid flywheel installed in your vehicle, it can be skimmed and there will be no need for replacement. In the event of having a dual-mass flywheel installed in your vehicle, the dual mass flywheel will have to be replaced with a clutch kit in order to retain the guarantee. On certain vehicle models, we offer from dual-mass flywheels to solid flywheel conversions. We can also provide clutch kit & flywheel recondition units at customer request. On these units unfortunately there is no guarantee.

Cambelts get replaced every 75000 – 120 000 km. Worn-out cambelts can break at any moment when you least expect, such as bending valves or even damaging the pistons. Timing Chains normally make a rattling sound when the tensioner has failed, guide rails are broken or the chain links are worn out. Please contact us to find out about the replacement intervals of the timing chain or cambelt on your vehicle.

Vehicles have a lot of electronics, and they can cause problems when it gets into contact with water or other elements. Scanning every car, we can look for any error codes or faults. New vehicles have electronic brakes, lights, sensors, and most electronic components that can cause issues. We repair all vehicle electronics and offer a full report on the faults.

The Suspension involves Shocks, Struts, Springs, Ball joints, Control arms, and other critical parts. A worn-out Suspension is dangerous, especially in rainy weather. Bushings are rubber and metal parts that help absorb shock, and when they wear, they can cause ride and handling problems and accelerate tire wear.
